Housing Services Program Coordinator - United Way of Forsyth County

The Housing Services Program Coordinator manages the day-to-day operational backbone of United Way Forsyth County's Rapid Re-Housing and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) programs. This role owns Temporary Financial Assistance (TFA) fund management and reconciliation, provides leadership and supervision to case managers across UWFC staff and subcontracted partner agencies, maintains landlord and property manager relationships, and serves as backup housing inspector capacity for the team. This role works closely with the Compliance, Policies and Procedures Coordinator to ensure day-to-day casework aligns with current program guidance, and with the Data and HMIS Coordinator on data quality for case-level activity.
