Associates will provide support to Director of Donor Relations and Resource Development team by managing, organizing, implementing, and completing assigned workplace campaigns across Forsyth County. This includes but is not limited to data entry, public speaking, soliciting employee and corporate donations, delivering materials, working with partner agencies, and other duties as assigned.

Housing Stability Assessment and Data Coordinator: United Way of Forsyth County

This position is a key role in the WSFC Continuum of Care’s Community Intake Center (CIC).  The CIC was developed on the premise of making data informed prioritizations for people seeking access to homeless programs including prevention services and supportive housing.  The Housing Stability Data Coordinator will play a critical role in making sure that the necessary data for prioritization is collected and entered into the HMIS system to be used for prioritized access to supportive housing programs.

Grants Administration Manager: United Way of Forsyth County

Responsible for grants financial management, program tracking, reporting and oversight, and other special projects.  To be successful in this position the candidate must be detail-oriented, able to track a multitude of information at one time and organized.  The candidate must be able to work within a team environment.  The candidate will understand and work diligently to ensure the organization is in compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations based on the funding source.  The Grant Management Specialist is responsible for the fiscal management of around 15 grants with $2.5 million in revenue.  The number of grants and amount will fluctuate over time.  The position requires the candidate to complete an array of administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry, and to maintain strong communication of status/progress to stakeholders in organization.
