Individual Giving Officer: United Way of Forsyth County
The Individual Giving Officer will cultivate a portfolio of mid-level donors ($1,000 - $9,999 annual giving) to strengthen their connection with United Way resulting in long term financial commitments to the organization with a goal of growth to a major donor level. This role will also champion efforts with at least one of the United Way of Forsyth County (UWFC) Donor Networks by working with staff and volunteer leadership to increase membership and connection. The goal is to increase donor retention and engagement by enhancing the donor experience.

Disaster Case Management (DCM) Director: United Way of Henderson County
To support the DRP’s work, UWHC is hiring a Disaster Case Management Director (DCM Director) to oversee all aspects of disaster case management and disaster case managers to ensure survivors are served with equitable access to resources and care. The DCM Director will serve as “air traffic control” between information about survivors coming into the DRP’s Disaster Case Management System and the disaster case managers working across multiple agencies. UWHC has agreed to serve as the DRP’s fiscal sponsor through December 31, 2026 and will hire and support DRP staff during this transition period. When the Disaster Recovery Partnership is a self-sufficient 501(c)3 nonprofit entity, the DCM Director will be well-positioned to serve in a leadership role.

The Grants Acquisition and Administration Manager reports to the Chief Impact Officer and plays a pivotal role in securing and managing grants that support United Way of Forsyth County Winston-Salem, North Carolina’s community impact work. This role leads efforts to grow our grant portfolio by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding public and private funding opportunities. The manager works across teams to ensure grant strategies are aligned with organizational priorities and that all funded work is measurable, compliant, and impactful.
