Chief Marketing and Communications Officer - United Way of Forsyth County
The Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO) leads and executes all marketing, communications, and brand engagement efforts for United Way of Forsyth County. This is a department-of-one role responsible for both setting strategy and ensuring execution, including directing work through external agency partners who support design, production, and media relations.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the CMCO shapes how United Way engages the community, strengthens its brand, and communicates its impact to drive measurable results, including philanthropic support, event participation, and community partnerships. The CMCO personally leads key initiatives, develops messaging, and ensures all marketing and communications efforts are executed with consistency and impact.

Chief Financial Officer - United Way of Greater High Point
The CFO is responsible for the overall financial health and operations of the organization. This includes everything from day-to-day accounting and cash management to longer-term planning, budgeting, and working with the board on financial decisions.
In a small nonprofit environment, this role is both strategic and hands-on. The CFO doesn’t just oversee the numbers—they are actively involved in them. This person also plays a key role on the leadership team, helping guide decisions that impact the organization.

Community Impact Manager - United Way of Chatham County
The Community Impact Manager leads United Way of Chatham County’s collective impact initiatives in support of the organization’s mission and its Bold Goal to move 2,000 people out of poverty. This position serves as a backbone leader for collaborative community efforts that address the root causes of poverty and improve outcomes for children and families.
Working in partnership with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, schools, healthcare providers, businesses and community members, the Community Impact Manager convenes stakeholders, facilitates cross-sector collaboration, coordinates shared strategies and manages community data and reporting efforts across collective impact initiatives.
The Community Impact Manager serves as the primary staff lead for the Chatham Housing Collective (CHC) and the Chatham Success Network (CSN), while supporting the development and implementation of additional community impact strategies aligned with United Way’s mission and Bold Goal.
