Call Center Services Manager: United Way of North Carolina

The Call Center Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the call center in Cary and is an integral part of the NC 211 Leadership Team. Primary responsibilities include hiring, management, and development of 211 Team Leads and Community Resource Specialists while operating 365 days a year from 7am – 11pm. Housing Specialist: United Way of Alamance County

United Way of Alamance County (UWAC) is seeking a full-time Housing Specialist to join our team. The Housing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating existing programs that are addressing housing to create an efficient flow of resources, referrals and data collection/sharing. There is a strong emphasis on education and advocacy for quality, affordable housing. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as public speaking experience. The position will also identify new models for creating quality, affordable housing opportunities in Alamance County and ways to maximize current infrastructure.
