What is 2-1-1?

NC 211 is the place to call or search when you need help for yourself, your family or someone you know. Dial 211 or search nc211.org to connect with a network of more than 18,000 resources in North Carolina that offer care, solutions, support and hope when you need it most.  Our agency partners can assist you with Food, Housing & Utilities, Child Care, Education Programs, Financial Education and Counseling, Access to Helath Care, Job Training, Support Groups, Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Sennior Services, Disaster Services and much more.  NC 211 is free, confidential, available everyday, all day in any language.  Help starts here.  Dial or search 211.
