State Employees Combined Campaign

The North Carolina State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC) has partnered with the United Way of North Caorlina (UWNC) for twenty-six years.  This strategic collaboration has strengthened UWNC relationships with the highest levels of state government.  It has proven extremely valuable in assisting UWNC in disaster response and recovery.  One hundred percent of the costs associated with the SECC are paid by the campaign.  The 2011 campaign, under the outstanding leadership of Moses Carey, NC Secretary of Administration, raised 4.17 million dollars.
