Wild Dunes Accommodations
Wild Dunes offers multiple rooming options. Individual rooms at the Inn are $139 + taxes per night. Other accommodations include Village Studios, Village one bedroom suites with sleeper sofa and Village two bedroom suites with sleeper sofa. There is no additional cost for more than one person sharing these rooms so condos offer the best value.
There will be options for extending your stay at Wild Dunes on a "space as available" basis before and after the conference. But to make these rooming accommodations, call the toll free number 1-888-778-1876 and use group code SOUWWD.

The SERC is seeking workshop presenters. We know there is a great deal of knowledge, experience, and forward-thinking professionals in our United Way network. We ask that you share your experiences with others by highlighting best and promising practices.
The conference draft agenda is a quick look at the conference activities.
Please print the Conference at a Glance before you proceed to register for the conference.
The Conference at a Glance provides the tentative group of workshops for the SERC. Final workshop sessions may change slightly. You will be able to register for individual workshops rather than one specific focus area. Registration is set-up by time slots on each day. There are six concurrent workshop sessions taking place during each time slot. First, decide which workshop sessions you would like to attend each day from this list. Then, proceed to registration to make your actual workshop selections.
This conference is space limited for workshops and hotel rooming capacity, so register early to reserve your spot. Our training capacity is 250 due to facility space.
Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellation requests must be in writing via email to velmore@unitedwaync.org no later than April 10, 2012. The cancellation and processing fee is $50. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 10.
A link to the Flex Credit Reimbursement Form will be emailed to you within 5 business days following completion of the conference. Once the form has been sent, you will have 10 business days to complete and submit the form. All Flex Credit information will be handled electronically by UWW.
Sponsor and Vendor Benefits
All exhibits will be in the Sweetgrass Pavilion. Each vendor will receive one 6' x 18" tabletop draped in white linen, two chairs and one wastebasket with complementary electrical and wireless internet. Setup time will begin May 29-30 with teardown time no later than noon June 1. Workshops begin 9:00 am on May 30 and end at noon on June 1.
